The Most Despicable Day in Orange County History
First the county workers posted signs. Then we made phone calls to the county to make sure that the homeless persons' living along the would be treated with dignity and given notice where they could move to. Days later workers showed up with bulldozers to tear the encampment down and trucks to haul personal property away. There have been reports that information given to the owners of confiscated personal property advising them where they could claim their property were false. Some have complained that their property was destroyed instead. Hence the current lawsuit.
